Excercise is bad! Haagen Dazs is good! That is what I think about that!
We fill our lives with rules and guilt. We don't excercise enough ~ guilty! We eat that pint of peanut butter and chocolate ~ guilty! So what! Haagen Dazs ROCKS! Even as the ice cream melts in our mouth like a little bit of heaven, we are not enjoying it! We are messed up! The bitterness of guilt rages through us and robs us of that sweet moment of bliss!!!
I want to know who set those rules?! Was he writing the rules while his wife was making a Pecan Pie in the hearth of his log cabin?
I'm going for a happy, healthy life! The life that doesn't stress me out. So I mix it up ~ and lAUGH ~ and say: ~ "Excercise is bad! Haagen Dazs is good!" And, when I say that, I feel free!
